減稅降費政策在全國人大代表中引起了廣泛熱議，不少中國員工和企業(yè)家們已經(jīng)在計劃如何配置省出來的這筆資金。日前，中國國際電視臺記者采訪到了全國人大代表、聯(lián)泓新材料董事長鄭月明，聽他談了談對減稅降費的看法。

侯娜（北京）：“在今年的政府工作報告中，李克強總理表示要推動經(jīng)濟高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，強調(diào)繼續(xù)創(chuàng)新和支持民營經(jīng)濟的重要性。位于中國東部的山東省以儒家文化聞名，經(jīng)濟上側(cè)重于投資工業(yè)和制造業(yè)。今天，幾位來自山東的代表就今年的政府工作報告談了談自己的體會。
Deputy Zheng Yueming runs a high-tech manufacturing company. He was not expecting a tax cut plan this big. Zheng had calculated how much money he could save and was surprised to see the number.
全國人大代表鄭月明目前經(jīng)營著一家高科技制造公司。起初，他并沒有預料到減稅降費幅度會如此之大。鄭月明算過一筆賬，看到這次政策調(diào)整帶來的利潤數(shù)額，表示“出乎意料”。
ZHENG YUEMING NPC DEPUTY "I was so excited after hearing the report. I called my accountants immediately and they told me that we could save over ten millions yuan thanks to the tax deduction."
鄭月明表示：“聽完政府工作報告我特別振奮，馬上讓我們的財務(wù)人員算了一筆賬，他們告訴我如果按照這個減稅降費幅度，聯(lián)泓一年大概可以增加幾千萬經(jīng)濟效益。這是給我們送了一個大禮包！”
Zheng said the money he'll save will be put toward technology innovation. He hopes for more top-level designs and policies for private enterprises on market access. And he hopes for even stronger enforcement of these policies down the road. HOU NA, CGTN, BEIJING.
鄭月明說會把省下來的這部分資金投入到科技創(chuàng)新上。他希望政府可以為民營企業(yè)出臺更多關(guān)于市場準入的政策法規(guī)，也希望這些政策能夠以更大力度落到實處。
